Will the custom designs ordered by one customer be redone for another customer?

All design templates ordered by previous customers will not be redone, no matter the price offered. We respect the ideas of our clients and are committed to producing each product only once.

How long does it take for the product to reach the customer?

The delivery time for our products depends on their size and complexity, but it will not exceed 30 days from the start of production

When does the customer need to make the payment for the product?

After receiving the customer's idea, we will provide a price quote. If the customer agrees, a 25% deposit of the total product value is required. We will then create a design draft on paper and refine it until the customer is satisfied before proceeding to production.

What payment methods can customers use?
